I kind of curious as to why you think all the align centered text is just a waste of text? Honestly I think of it as a more neat way to keep a chart organized without all that space on the right. Its just... not appealing with such space with no text to be filled.
Not saying it as a wasteful suggestion, but a design emphasis... since I've been mostly working with the pictures and have knowledge on design (which of coarse the objective being that one must give graphic appeal to fellow audiences).
It takes up too much space. I fixed it for now, with the food charts, but someone needs to mirror these edits to other tables. Instead of adding style="text-align:center; to EVERY SINGLE line, just add it to the table's header, and it'll do it for every single line.
