The Observation Tower is a location in Tomodachi Life. Players can see islanders viewing the island from the top of the tower or just hanging about on the benches there. The event Quirky Questions can be hosted here any time of the day. The player can see Miis sometimes using treasures given to them like skateboards around the tower, and Miis can confess their love on the tower. The Observation Tower is one of only 2 locations (the other being the 3DS Image Share Plane) not to be featured in Tomodachi Collection: New Life, with the top of Mii Apartments serving its purpose of being used for Quirky Questions.
