the prices of food seem to be different across different regions, should these be added to the table for comparison? the descriptions also appear to be different too.... aaaaand now i've noticed the numbers are different too..... Terezis (talk) 15:00, June 8, 2014 (UTC)

I think there should either be two entirely different lists for the different regions, or the list could contain both versions of the items...but it would be kinda difficult considering the numbering is off on some of the items.

My Idea

I have an Idea to arrange the many Regions, but we would need people from different regions to do this task, not only one.

My Idea is to have the table to be able to arrange itself to the different numerial arangements, I know how to do that, but others need to contribute to it so it can make sense for others to see it their way.

... (adding what I am talking about atm)

I am from the UK so I can help as well! I can give the costs of items in pounds and other items!

Item US Value Description Usage Image
Barbecue 001 "Grilled meat galore with a side of peppers and corn on the cob." Fills hunger
Fish sticks 008 "Crispy sticks of fish, perfectly sized for dipping into your favorite sause." Fills hunger
HNI 0008
Fried chicken 009 "Fried until golden, and then fried a little more. You can't resist the crisp." Fills hunger
HNI 0009

sounds like a much better idea and a simple solution ! Terezis (talk) 12:03, June 11, 2014 (UTC)

But All we need to know is what are the different Regions and how many there are. Cause I only got the US region.

  • Sounds like a great idea, what you're doing there. As far as I can tell, there are 3 regional versions, there's the original Japanese version, then the European version, then North American version of Tomodachi Collection: New Life. There could be more though.

The table sorting sounds like a great idea! I just want to note something I noticed: In the pictures that we're posting I noticed some of them are just of the dish itself, which is fine because it looks really nice, but those leave out the price that is shown on the screenshots of the food. Should there be another column that includes the price as well? It could also have sorting functions dependent on region. Or we could just have one Price column and then anyone can just fill in whatever the price is for their region, like so:

Food Name #US #EU #JP Price Description Usage Picture
Spaghetti 034 ??? ???

US: $7.80

EU: ???

JP: ???

"Pasta with ground beef and tomato saice. Can't argue with the classics."

Fills hunger

Sorry I am new to this, I don't know how to format it quite as nicely ^_^; Anyway, both of them I think would work fine, but I was thinking it might be a little cluttered by having 3 separate columns for item # and item price. Lol stfu (talk) 23:48, June 11, 2014 (UTC)

  • Yeah I can Add that, it might take a while, but I can do it.  SkyRider3217 (talk) 13:18, June 12, 2014 (UTC)

Should there be a price listings for clothes too? Like for the food. SpilledTea (talk) 07:23, June 13, 2014 (UTC)

For the Food items I think that the Usage column seems redundant, since all of them say "Fills Hunger"... thoughts? Lol stfu (talk) 05:30, June 16, 2014 (UTC)

Adding on to the above^

If this wikia is going to separate items by regions, why not have a sub-page for each one? I already divided the categories into their own pages, and makes the Items page into more of a directory. Not only will it be more organized, but then we won't have to put all the categories into one table, which would stretch it out, as well as the page.

So basically, perhaps the main page could be for the US version, and other pages could be for the UK, Japan, Russian, Australian, etc etc, with their own page. I say this because I noticed (and I'm sure others have too) that the numbering is different depending on the region. I don't know why that is, but it is. This way it'll be neat, you know? --Monenlaisia (talk) 11:11, June 16, 2014 (UTC)

I don't know if anyone noticed that the US arrangements is just all the items alphabetized as the number order... so maybe there is a way to know how each region is arranged. We just need to figure it out.
